Reply:Why don't you go to Microsoft and dowload their Visual Studio Express edition? It's free, and you can get other languages there free as well, not to mention SQL Server Express.
Reply:Try bloodshed.com, they have a free OOS called DevC++ which is very similar to every other C++ Compiler
