I want to download a P.C. software that can pronounce/dictate by audio whatever I type.?

Vista comes with one built-in but if you xp, there is dragon natuarlly speaking (this isn't free). If you want the computer to talk back to you, adobe reader reads out the pdf.

Microsoft Sam, AT%26amp;T Natural Voices and SAPI5 sucks towards my opinion, you can't phonecly spell words more than the older SAPI4 can, but also you can try AT%26amp;T Natural Voices, since the voice is more natural, but MASH is my favourite so far!!!
